JOB DESCRIPTION:

We need a talented Business Development Person to call on Pacific Northwest based companies to expand and deepen our business relationships.
We need performers. People that can bring business relationships with them and can get the "face-time" to articulate the value and benefits of our solutions to decision makers. Must be able to prospect and develop a territory. Must be able to manage accounts and keep activity levels high to compound your successes in the marketplace long term. Must be able to close the deal. Must have experience selling enterprise software solutions where sales cycles can be long. Must have the attitude, activity and urgency to close business in your first 60 days and the creativity to grow your opportunities exponentially.

Requirements:
- E-Learning, training, performance improvement, web collaboration tools selling experience a must
- Fearless and proven prospecting skills
- Commission driven
- Strong communication skills (internal and external)
- Results driven
- Hunter mentality with excellent account management skills
- Strong individual contributor history
- Demonstrated ability to sell to senior executives
- Strong established relationships
- Ability to penetrate new accounts and build/maintain existing client business
- Ability to work independently and as a team member
- Sense of urgency
- Impeccable customer service skills
- Strong problem-solving skills
- Proven ability to build, manage, and accurately forecast an enterprise sales pipeline
- Experience in selling multi-million dollar applications
- 5-10 years successful sales experience
- BA/BS or advanced degree preferred
