Job Responsibilities:

- Utilizes tools to analyze links and monitor competitors.

- Under manager's direction responsible for keeping up-to-date on latest search tactics, methods and best practices.

- Provides continuous evaluation of social media vendors on the direction and execution of social media plan as it pertains to generating links and awareness.

- Review and expand existing marketing models for gathering leads.
Technical knowledge, skills and abilities:

- BS/BA degree in Marketing desired

- 2 - 5 years successful experience in SEO, digital marketing and or marketing required

- Experience in transforming a strategy and vision into actionable plans.

- Proven knowledge and understanding of marketing and branding principles desired.

- Well organized and able to manage multiple projects simultaneously

- Experience using web analytics solutions (Omniture, Google Analytics), SEM (SEO/PPC)

Position summary:

This position will provide strategic oversight, and tactical and project management support for Speakeasy’s entire Internet presence. The position will be responsible for all online marketing support for the company’s corporate Web site, email campaigns, online advertising, Pay-Per-Click campaigns, member communications, interactive demos and other marketing initiatives. The position will report to the Director of Market Development.

Responsibilities:

- Strategically planning, developing and managing Web sites and online portals. Facilitating all phases of development, including project scope/definition, planning, implementation, testing and launch, and tracking/follow up.
- Working closely with New Product management and Segment managers to develop online promotions, marketing messages and customer relationship development activities that extend our brand promise, build loyalty, drive leads and drive revenues. Helping these teams to 'close the loop' with traditional Marcom initiatives by using the Web as an information, qualification, fulfillment, transaction and/or research mechanism.
- Planning and executing online campaigns, email marketing campaigns and templates, lead capture and opt-in capture.
- Providing creative direction and concept for all online communications that support company branding and product promotional efforts. May include copywriting, design and production coordination for projects such as newsletters, emails, banner ads, landing pages, interactive demos, review of proofs and approval for production.
- Editing Web content for Search Engine Ranking prominence. Directing content creation for optimal search engine ranking.
- Monitoring traffic and online promotions data. Developing daily reports on campaign status and overall performance in relation to plan. Analyzing campaign performance and optimizing marketing spend based on projected ROI.
- Monitoring and ensuring that Web site and portal content are leveraged across all relevant Web corridors.
- Overseeing and optimizing online success for Search Engine Optimization (SEO), Search Engine Marketing (SEM), Pay-Per-Click (PPC), CRM and Web portals; aiding in development and management of SEO, SEM, and PPC strategies and tactics to drive highly targeted and qualified visitors.
- Identifying areas of opportunity for continuous improvement of processes and team working, content partnerships, linking partnerships, and online customer intimacy initiatives.
Skills and experience required:
- Bachelor's degree, preferably in marketing, internet marketing, journalism or a related concentration
- Minimum 4 years experience in a marketing, communications or Internet marketing position – either corporate or with an agency
- Proven exceptional Web marketing experience
- Familiarity with web analytics tools and methodology.
- Ability to analyze Web data and formulate Internet marketing strategies
- Experience managing pay-per-click campaigns on Overture and Google
- Excellent writing, verbal and presentation skills
- Strong detail orientation and ability to effectively multi-task
- Proficiency in HTML, Flash, Photoshop, Illustrator a big plus

Position summary:

The Enterprise Account Manager will manage all account revenue and customer satisfaction within the EAS base. This includes responsibility for maintaining and building new revenue within the base, coordination of on-going support for all EAS accounts, managing customer base churn and EAS customer satisfaction. Successful candidates will accomplish this goal through building relationships with key stakeholders at the customer level and cross functionally in the Speakeasy organization.

Responsibilities:

- Building new revenue in the existing customer base
- Managing the customer base, including baseline revenue, churn and customer satisfaction
- Perform customer level operations reviews for top revenue accounts
- Managing customers through all aspect of service recovery, coordinating the execution across functions such as billing, IT, technical, administrative and support; this will include hand off and interface with Implementation teams.
- Provide high touch level of care and service; specifically around our high value customer segment.
- Ability to conduct in person or conference customer meetings; potential travel to customer site
- Meet SLA on response time to customers who have service and technical support issues.
- Manage at the aggregate and tactical level chronic, aged or escalated customer issues.
- Creating and maintaining when necessary, a written customer service recovery plan, action items, resolutions, identify resources and effectively delegate, when appropriate. Manage potentially at the individual and aggregate level.
- Follow up with resources both internal and external to assure deadlines are met and quality standards are achieved. Provide customer with on-going status and resolution.
- Daily review of customer issues report; in depth awareness of pending issues for customer base.
- Identify trends with customer issues and proactively work to mitigate on-going issues
- Coordinating and forming a solid working relationship with other departments, including sales, Product/Marketing, Activations, Finance, etc.
- Providing timely and thorough resolution of all issues raised by Speakeasy business customers, as well as documenting all actions.
- Provide leadership and managerial assistance regarding for the assigned base, such as Customer Satisfaction, Churn, MTTR, etc.
- Completely owning and managing all aspect of the customer relationship throughout the customers relationship with Speakeasy, including:
oVarious vendors to ensure smooth implementation of service delivery.
oVarious Speakeasy internal suppliers
oProactive customer contact on milestones, delays, issues to resolve, etc.

Skills and experience required:

- Ability to handle and multiple competing priorities in a fast paced environment
- Demonstrated maturity, judgment, negotiation skills, influence, analytical and leadership skills are essential and critical to successful management of customers at this level.
- Ability to work with technical and non-technical business owners alike.
- Demonstrated ability to build, maintain and grow customer relationship
- High degree of demonstrated customer service experience
- Conceptual knowledge of LAN and WAN concepts
- Conceptual knowledge of Voice over IP technology
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills

Position summary:

Our Product Solutions team, in the Marketing Department, is seeking a Senior Product Manager who will be responsible for managing the Managed Services line. This person will report to the Vice President, Product Solutions, and will be responsible for leading the Managed Services product strategy and implementation.

Responsibilities:

You will be responsible for the Managed Services Product Line management to include:

- Understanding and communicating market view (substitutes, competitors)
- Justifying and developing new products around Managed Services, such as managed hosting and hosted business applications..

- Managing Beta Test programs as warranted.
- Maintaining product forecast, to be used by various business functions (e.g procurement, network planning).

- Develop a customer-driven product line-up..
- Recommend product packaging options and pricing alternatives relative to Managed Services..
- Develop high level business requirements, use cases and process flows for new customers and internal stakeholders.
- Collaborate with other product managers and business owners in developing software tools and processes required for the proper implementation and performance of Managed Services, such as Support and Troubleshooting tools.
- Drive product and process innovation and automation to deliver highly scalable and profitable solutions, yet deliver a premiere customer experience.
- Become the market and technical subject matter expert within the Marketing Team for Managed Services. Closely work with Marketing, Sales and other business functions in promoting Product Line to prospects, customers and internal stakeholders.
Best Practices
- Create and document best practices from other companies and for Speakeasy.
- Document processes as agreed upon across organizations, prior to and after launch (&#8220;sales to support&#8221;)
- Report monthly on Managed Services to the management team.
- Closely collaborate with Program Management Office , Development functions (Software development, Engineering), Operations and Finance to develop innovative, scalable and profitable solutions in an agile /SCRUM environment, and deliver product within budget and schedule.

Skills and experience required:

- Bachelors degree required, MBA recommended. BS in EE or CS a strong plus.
- 7-10 years hands-on experience developing and marketing telecoms or software based services to small and medium size businesses
- Proven track record of working with: sales, operations, marketing, software development, engineering, contracts, and vendors.
- Excellent knowledge of business planning / financial forecasting and good working knowledge of project management
- Excellent communication skills in written and verbal forms to internal stakeholders, partners and customers. 5-year Product Requirements writing experience required.
- Ability to take ownership of complicated issues and drive to resolution.
- Good understanding of data/IP networks and software development.
- Must excel in working under time and budget pressure in a very diverse environment including many non-technical disciplines.
- Excellent communications skills, in written and verbal forms, with peers and management are a requisite.
- Limited domestic travel required.

EED is currently seeking a Product Manager to support our hosted services business.  The candidate will have the opportunity to extend EED’s reputation for innovation by leading the evolution of our market leading Discovery Partner® review platform.

Responsibilities include:

- Working with internal users and clients to translate business and market requirements into product strategies and new features
- Evaluating third-party technology and guiding the analysis leading to build versus buy decisions
- Actively engaging software development to specify and design complex features, ensuring the creation of development and test plans to produce high quality products on committed timelines
- Coordinating activities across multiple functions to ensure delivery of innovative and differentiated products and services that delight customers
- Working with marketing to define the go-to-market strategy, driving product positioning and key product benefit messaging through target customer communication
- Acting as an internal and external evangelist for your product areas, providing subject matter expertise in training programs and occasionally working with executive management and sales to present to key clients and prospects

The ideal candidate will possess the following characteristics:

- Minimum of five (5) years in a commercial software or software-as-a-service Business, with at least three (3) years in a product or program management role
- Proven ability to lead development programs to successful product release
- Experience working with and presenting to executive audiences
- Demonstrated ability to employ business and market analysis skills to develop strategic product vision as well as prioritized development requirements
- Experience in eDiscovery is a highly preferred
- Experience working in an Agile, Scrum development model is highly preferred
- Bachelors degree in computer science, business management, finance or market is ideal, MBA preferred
